It's that time of year again, when playing around with dramatic nail art and vampy colors is totally the trend.

But Selena Gomez, who recently changed her hair color to honey-blonde, proved that white nails can enhance a winter look with timeless elegance.

On Wednesday, Tom Bachik, the celebrity nail artist behind Gomez's manicures, shared a picture on his Instagram showing the nails of the "Single Soon" singer adorned with pure white polish.

Gomez's face is not seen in the photo, but the nail artist identified the singer in the caption.

"Snow White @selenagomez," Bachik captioned the snap, adding snowflake and white heart emojis.

US singer and actress Selena Gomez poses as she arrives for the screening of the film "The Dead Don't Die" during the 72nd edition of the Cannes Film Festival in Cannes, southern France, on May 14, 2019.

The image also displays the star's white, long-sleeved top, perfectly complemented by silver bangles on both wrists.

In contrast to the usual long coffin, square, or almond-shaped nails often sought after during the festive season, Gomez's nails are notably short.

The nail artist kept it simple, dtiching studs or intricate designs for the pristine winter look.

While she's previously flaunted vibrant, eye-catching manicures such as her pastel Skittles-inspired nails, Golden Glazed Fire manicure, and "Cranberry" mani, all by the same nail artist, the Rare Beauty founder has recently favored a more minimalist look.

Opting for shorter nails, she's been gravitating toward more subtle nail polishes and styles in her recent social media posts and event appearances.

For instance, during her appearance at the Billboard Music Awards 2023 just a week ago, she sported a tasteful white French tip manicure that struck a perfect balance with her vibrant crocheted Oscar de la Renta top.

Another instance was the "Peachy Nude mani" featured in a video in which she lip-synced to her latest single, "Single Soon," while demonstrating her makeup routine.

Additionally, on the cover of Fast Company, she flaunted a simple glossy nude nail polish, providing a fresh contrast to her bold and vibrant red lip.
