To celebrate Fashion’s Night Out, Downtown Seattle’s Pacific Place and Seattle Met magazine will present “Downtown Seattle Rocks the Runway”, with the latest looks for the fall season, according to a press release.
The event will be held at the Pacific Place Atrium at 600 Pine Street, which will be converted into a runway and will seat 250 ticket-holders. The audience will be treated to the latest autumn clothing and accessories along with cocktail receptions, appetizers and a chance to win prizes, which includes a $1,000 shopping spree at Pacific Place.
“Downtown Seattle Rocks the Runway” will feature more than 70 autumn looks by stores like Nordstrom, Macy’s, Barneys New York, True Religion Brand Jeans, Baby & Co. and OSKA.
Seven Salon will take care of hairstyling and Gene Juarez Salons will provide makeup for the models. Poison Waters and Seattle Met’s style editor, Laura Cassidy, will emcee the show.
Tickets are priced at $75 for general admission and $125 for VIP passes. Net proceeds from the sale of tickets will go to the O Wines for Success Scholarship Program to fund college scholarships for young women.
The event is scheduled for Sept. 6 at 5.30 p.m.
