Body positivity is a topic that everyone, especially social media influencer, tries to promote and apply. Beauty vlogger Gina Shkeda just had the best response regarding this and it adds one more reason to see her as an inspiration.
Gina Shkeda shared a selfie of herself in bed looking perfect on her Instagram with a caption, "Lashed out and Cabo baecay (LOL f me I really need to quit that term) ready." It can be seen Shkeda having her full lips, perfect eyebrows and long lashes in the photo that many girls are envious of. As the flawless picture received thousands of likes and hundreds of comments complimenting her pretty face, one comment caught her attention.
On Twitter user @_Pajdelamah, a teenage girl posted a screenshot of Gina Shkeda's selfie and captioned it "If I could wake up as beautiful as @GinaShkeda I'd be the happiest girl alive #naturalbeauty." And within a snap, the beauty vlogger responded to the comment, telling her that she does not look like that naturally.
Shkeda responded, "Girl I have micro bladed brows, lash extensions in and lip injections." She continued, "I don't even look like this." Gina explained to her followers, particularly the girl who wished to look like her that even Gina herself does not look like that naturally.
"You're flawless," Gina Shkeda said to the girl. The beauty vlogger implied that it is okay not to be perfect and to love yourself. And people are showing their appreciation for her candor.
One Twitter user replied that her response is real and beautiful. Another Twitter user @onyxmorphina told Gina Shkeda, "wow that was refreshing and positive to see someone plainly admit their natural-look isn't natural."
