Recenlty, the singer-songwriter took to twitter, revealing her new stylish pink-tip hair style during X-Factor San Francisco auditions

The 19 year-old who's been quite busy judging for the show X-Factor USA with Simon Cowell and Britney Spears.

Demi posted on her twitter 'Yay!! Simon approves of my pink hair!! #SFactor' adding 'Loving my pink hair and obsessed with my new Topshop outfit and Chloe Green shoes!!!!'

When not busy with judging future singers, Demi is collectively working on her fourth album "so excited to start writing for my fourth album."
