Rihanna 'Rebelle' Billboard in Times Square and recent walk around town captured the attention of New York City.

The new billboard promote Rihanna's new fragrance Rebelle. In the Promo, Rihanna is on a classic chair showing most of her curvy figure and red hair. Rihanna stated "My new fragrance is about taking control but still being a lady" adding 'There's a feminine, romantic element to the fragrance, but there's also a defiant quality in it. I love its duality."

Rihanna paraded around New York ever so pushing the boundaries of risqué fashion. The 24 year old singer was spotted on Monday (June 11) wearing revealing two piece lace tube top and pink skirt, a cardigan sweater and sneakers. As the paparazzi flashes photos of her during her walk Rihanna left little to the imagination showing her nipples in a see-through top.
