There have been several rumors regarding the relationship between Ranbir Kapoor and Katrina Kaif after they were spotted out in Ibiza together a while back. The couple has tried to maintain a low-profile, however, they recently came out about their relationship and it looks like they are putting it as a priority over a lot of other things.

Kapoor's ex-girlfriend Deepika Padukone recently invited a bunch of friends and family to the Olive at Bandra to celebrate the success of her newly released movie "Piku." While many Bollywood stars attended the bash, two people who she invited ended up not going to the party.

Kapoor and Kaif were both reportedly missing from Padukone's celebrations and while it could be possible that they wanted to keep out of the public eye after the marriage and engagement rumors, they are also both busy with their schedules. Kapoor was in Mumbai for another commitment and Kaif had recently returned from the Cannes Film Festival.

While engagement and marriage rumors have been spreading, Kapoor revealed that they are not ready to make things official just yet.

Kaif's rep also stated that there is no truth to the rumors and that the actress has no plans to walk down the aisle anytime soon.

"There is no truth to these wedding dates, there are no plans as of yet," read the statement.

Kapoor denied the reports of getting married to Kaif by the end of next year. He stated that they have made no plans right now to have a wedding and is too busy with his projects.

"Yes, I am in love, but I have not made any marriage plans yet. There are so many rumors surrounding my marriage like sometime people have quoted me that I am getting married next year. But there are no plans as such," said Kapoor during the promotion of "Bombay Velvet" according to Zee News.

Kapoor is shutting down the rumors after a Bengali daily report quoted the actor saying, "We have planned to tie the knot by the end of next year. Both of us have agreed on that. Both of us are sure about our relationship and if we don't open about it now, it would be showing disrespect to the relationship."

There were reports that Kaif and Kapoor were taking their relationship to the next level, and the Kapoor family is gearing up to plan their engagement soon. A source close to the family stated that a special function is being planned by the end of the month to make their relationship official.
