NYX Cosmetics,known for "affordable luxury" makeup products has announced the top six finalist of the NYX Cosmetics Fine Artistry of Cosmetic Elites (FACE) Awards. The YouTube based competition will name the beauty vlogger of the year .

The FACE awards highlights the growing popularity of makeup gurus who give beauty and fashion advice from makeup tips, style solutions, and makeup how-to tips.

The six remaining contestants are: SabsBeauty, Beautyliciousinsider, Charismaster, Promuanetwork, iwanted2c1video and Goldiesterling

Contestants have gone through various challenges from developing unique makeup styles to using their skills to portray their creative talents. The YouTube wide public voted for the six finalist from the original 30 competitors. The judging is based on creativity of the look, Presentation and Education value of the tutorial, Artistry in makeup application, Quality of video production and Influence within YouTube votes.

Perez Hilton will be the MC of the NYX Cosmetic competition "I am thrilled to be partnering with NYX Cosmetics for the FACE Awards," adding "I promise not to be boring! And to give a good face!" The competition will conclude at the IMATS (International Makeup Artist Trade Show) 2012 in June 24th

The Winner of the contest will be awarded a cash prize of $25,000 and gain access to influential beauty insiders, consult with top industry experts and receive national publicity, other runner ups will each get a years worth of NYX Cosmetics.
