Aishwarya Rai on the carpet at 2012 Cannes Film Festival amfAR's Cinema Against AIDS Gala looked amazing. The former miss world looked stunning after the birth of her daughter six months ago. This would be Aishwarya 11th years as the global ambassador for L'Oreal Paris, which happens to be the official makeup-artist for the 65th Cannes Film Festival.

On the carpet Aishwarya Rai had her hair styled in an updo with a twitted roll on the crown, a Chignon hair style, to accentuate her face. Wearing a slim gold band on the sides that matched her facial frame. She wore a thick black liner on upper and lower lash-lines, glittering golden eye shadow and pink shimmering lipstick.

"Eleven glorious years.. the journey so far has been remarkable and truly memorable. This year, I'm espicallypriviledged as I also get to lend my support to a very important cause at the amfAR dinner, by helping raise funds for the fight against AIDS." said Aishwarya Rai to Times India.
