People Magazine listed pop singer Beyonce as the most beautiful woman.

People magazine's annual list of beautiful faces was released yesterday and Beyonce was titled the World's most beautiful woman. Smiling for the front cover of this month's issue of the magazine, the singer said, "I feel more beautiful than I've ever felt because I've given birth. I have never felt so connected, never felt like I had such a purpose on this earth."

Talking about this black beauty on the Today Show, Editor Alexis Chiu says, "Beyonce is flawless, she's gorgeous, she's at the top of her game career-wise, she's this music icon at 30 years old and on top of it she has this glow going on ... She's a new mom."

Talking about how life after child birth has changed her, Beyonce said, "The word 'love' means something completely different now. Breast-feeding my little one for ten weeks helped me lose 'the bulk' of my pregnancy weight. Now on a strict-protein based diet.

The singer also revealed how motherhood has forced her to wear flats and she's actually enjoying the experience. She said: Now that I have a child, I walk around holding her all day, I'm buying loafers and oxfords. I love the, because they're comfortable, and shorter heels too. I never thought there would be a day when I wouldn't wear heels

She tops a list of ten most beautiful stars nominated by the magazine, and other categories including 'beauty at every age' and 'stunning stars'.

This, however, is not the first time Beyonce has topped this list. In fact she has been named the most beautiful woman by People Magazine for the ninth time now, tailing Nicole Kidman whose won the title ten times and Julia Roberts whose been named thirteen times. Last year, Jennifer Lopez won the title.

Other beauties that made it to the list include Sofia Vergara, Charlize Theron, Rising star Lily Collins and Christina Hendricks.

"I felt beautiful, and I never tried to lose it, 'cause I loved it," Hendricks said.
