Miley Cyrus inducted Joan Jett at the 30th Annual Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in Cleveland on Saturday. She wore heart shaped pasties with initials "J" and "J" covering her nipples to honor the artist.

The notorious pop star posted an Instagram photo captioned: "F**k yeah." The photo shows Cyrus, with Jett and Sir Paul McCartney, backstage.

Cyrus accessorized the pink pasties with a leather coat carrying her own initials on it, black fishnets and boots.

Cyrus appeared to be discussing an interesting topic with the 72-year-old rock singer, who maintained an eye-to-eye contact with her inspite of the disturbing outfit, according to Daily Mail.

"The Last Song" actress changed into a less intriguing outfit for her actual speech, People reported.

"I'm going to start off this induction with the first time I wanted to have sex with Joan Jett," the 22-year-old singer commenced.

"The show was where new artists got to perform with their idols, and I wanted to perform with Joan, of course," she continued, describing their appearance at Oprah Live in 2011.

"And we were in her bathroom, and we were smoking and just talking, and this was one of the moments in my life where I wanted to be as present and absorb everything that she said to me," she added.

The former Disney star described Jett as what a superwoman should be, New York Times has learned.

Cyrus stated in her speech that Jett was the first major female artist to start her own record label. It was because thousands of other labels said there wasn't a market for her kind of music.

"Instead of changing for all those people, if you don't like how the world is, change it yourself," Cyrus said.

Cyrus concluded her speech by saying that Jett has been an inspiration to her.

"She made the world evolve, her life and her success is proof that we can self-evolve. I want to thank you for fighting for our freedom, Joan, and I love you so much," she said.

Cyrus was cast for the television series, "Hannah Montana," in 2006. She released her debut album, "Meet Miley Cyrus," which became a quadruple platinum in 2007.

Cyrus released the Bangerz album, with "We Can't Stop" as lead single, in 2013. The track set a Vevo record after garnering over 10 million views within 24 hours of its release.
