Dressed in a simple white A-line dress and black sandals, 25-year-old Phoebe perfected the art of understated beauty with a low ponytail tied in a black ribbon, a matte pink lip and flawless skin with a slight touch of blush. A black manicure and pedicure added a slight edge to the otherwise demure look.
