The "***Flawless" singer's newly-launched fifth scent, Heat Wild Orchid, features floral, musk and amber notes. Although the scent launched last year in Europe, it is only now coming to the US.
According to a press release, it's "an enticing, mouth-watering fragrance that emits a fierce, feminine energy" that "both invites and intoxicates those who encounter it."
The heart of the scent is the butterfly orchid, "believed to have magical aphrodisiac qualities," as well as honeysuckle and blooming magnolia. Top notes include pomegranate, coconut water and boysenberry and the base notes are blonde woods, skin musks and gilded amber.
WWD writes that retailers are hoping that the new scent will help reignite interest in celebrity fragrance as well as the perfume market overall. Sales of women's fragrances declined almost 7% in the past year, with the celebrity fragrance market declining further.
Prices for Heat Wild Orchid range from $20 for 0.5 oz. to $59 for 3.4 oz. The scent is available at retailers including Target, Sears, Walgreens and more.
