"The Rum Diary" co-stars Johnny Depp and Amber Heard are finally tying the knot and reports have it that the ceremony is happening next month at a private island in the Bahamas, Ace Showbiz reported.

The couple has yet to confirm the news, but stories are already popping up about a Feb. 7 to 8 wedding in front of their close friends and family members. The ceremony will reportedly be held at a private island owned by Depp called the Little Hall's Pond Cay in the Bahamas.

In attendance at the private event are 50 guests, including Depp's former partner Vanessa Paradis and their two children, 15-year-old Lily Rose and 12-year-old Jack; Heard's family and more, according to sources that spoke to The New York Post.

One source claimed that Heard will be walking the aisle donning a Stella McCartney gown. Another added that accommodations were "so sparse" on the island, so much so that the guests are said to be staying at Depp's 156-foot yacht, the Vajoliroja, which is kept parked at the island compound.

As for the sudden wedding arrangements, sources explained that it was because the couple had to find a free weekend that worked around their busy schedules.

"She's filming a movie in London, and he's getting ready to film the next 'Pirates of the Carribean' in Australia, so this is the only time that everyone could get together," a source said.

As for the wedding theme, fans may remember that the couple reportedly held a medieval-themed engagement party in March. So far, there have been no reports about a theme, costume or surprises, but the couple could always extend their engagement theme to the day they exchange their wedding vows.

Depp and Heard met on the set of "The Rum Diary" in 2011 and have been dating since Depp split with Vanessa Paradis in 2012. The couple was engaged in 2013 on Christmas Eve.
