"How to Get Away With Murder's" is coming back to ABC this Thursday and the midseason premiere is set to be action-packed, educational and emotional.
Surprisingly, however, fans of the hit ABC crime drama won't be treated to another steamy Connor sex scene this time.
Showrunner Pete Nowalk revealed to TVLine that the events of "Murder Night" may have affected Connor drastically, forcing him to realize that his "free-lovin' sexual lifestyle may not be so important to him."
So does this mean he'll start being nicer to Oliver this time around and maybe even get into a more serious relationship with him?
"Something else becomes really important to [Connor]," Nowalk teased. "He changes a little bit through the rest of the season, which only covers about two months in the timeline of our show. He has a lot more to do with Oliver."
For those looking forward to the show's steamy sex scenes, fear not because the showrunner assures viewers that "there’s always going to be interesting sex on our show."
Despite the lack of sex, the midseason premiere is no less riveting, especially with the addition of a new character played by Oscar-winner Marcia Gay Harden.
And though the EP didn't exactly specify what role she'll be playing, he did say: “She plays this really powerful, smart woman to be in scenes with Viola. You can expect their interactions to be big and emotional.”

According to the showrunner, one of the Keating Five will be spilling the beans on the killing and disposing of Sam to "someone outside the group"!
“I don’t want to say who spills the beans,” he told TVLine. “But it won’t be the person you expect.”
As for the other big mystery on "HTGAWM," viewers will definitely find out who really killed Lila before season 1 ends, according to E! News.
"We already got the answer of who killed Sam — and we will learn who killed Lila Stangard, as well. I really like tying up a storyline with a bow; I like getting answers," Alfie Enoch said.
