Khloe Kardashian has clearly been going through a lot since filing for a divorce from Lamar Odom. While the NBA player expressed that he willing to sign the papers so she can move on, is he still fighting for the "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" star?

Despite expressing that he is willing to sign the papers, it looks like deep down Odom still wants to make things work with his ex-wife since he "loves her to death." He is reportedly using his family to try and win her back.

In the past, Kardashian was hurt by Odom's family after his daughter, Destiny, dissed the reality star. However, now his daughter and the rest of Odom's family want to make things right with her.

"His father has verbally apologized to her last month for saying sh** he had no business saying. Destiny's even apologized and has asked Khloe to forgive her for the negative things she's said when they were divorcing," said a source to Hollywood Life.

Odom is reportedly trying to make it seem like not only does he want her back, but the rest of the family as well.

"Khloe brought a lot of love and inspiration to Lamar and Destiny when they were together and her absence is taking its toll on Lamar, mainly because he doesn't know what to expect," continued the source. "He misses her dearly and loves her to death. He wants her back so badly, he's using his family and children as pawns to get her back."

According to a previous report by Radar Online, the divorce is about a month and a half away from being dismissed since Odom hasn't responded.

"With Lamar failing to respond, Khloe is well within her legal rights to go forward without him," said a source, adding that Kardashian could "formally enter a default judgement of divorce, which would render her single again."

"But even after all the heartbreak Lamar has caused Khloe, there is a hesitation on her part to do anything," continued the source. "If nothing is done in the next 45 days, it will be dismissed by the judge."

It's been a year since Kardashian filed for a divorce from Odom and she's been having a tough time finalizing the split. While one source claimed that she couldn't track the NBA star down to sign the papers, another said he wouldn't sign them.
