Kelly Rowland has revealed the answer for the question in everyone's minds: how did she gain back her fit and fabulous figure just weeks after giving birth?

Just seven weeks after welcoming her first child with husband Tim Weatherspoon, the Destiny's Child singer showed off her amazing post-baby body while out shopping in Beverly Hills.

So what's her secret? A combination of intense workout routines and strict dieting, according to Rowland and her fitness trainer Jeanette Jenkins.

Jenkins shared the fitness routine Rowland underwent to gain back her pre-baby body in her blog, in which the fitness guru says she is "bringing you 6 weeks of workouts, motivation, nutrition and healthy living tips to help you reach your 2015 health and fitness goals!"

The workout plan is actually quite simple and has already proven to be very effective by Rowland; however, this plan isn't for the lazy ones.

To lose weight within the given time frame, Jenkins recommends preparing meals at home that should include plenty of green tea, water and at least three servings of green vegetables, TV3 noted.
