"Scream Queens" just got a whole lot more interesting. As if the big names previously announced as the cast of the new Fox show weren't enough, Lea Michele, Joe Manganiello and Ariana Grande are also joining the roster of the series' star-studded cast, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

Michele will be teaming up once more with Ryan Murphy, who developed the hit show "Glee," in Fox's "Scream Queens."

Fox executives announced the big news at the TCA press tour Saturday, confirming that Michele, Manganiello, Abigail Breslin and Keke Palmer will be starring alongside Emma Roberts and Jamie Lee Curtis.

Meanwhile, the "Problem" hitmaker will have a recurring guest-star role.

"Scream Queens" is the latest production from Murphy and his Glee co-creators Brad Falchuk and Ian Brennan.

Fox Entertainment CEOs and Chairman Dana Walden and Gary Newman said “our first call” when they took their new jobs five months ago was to Murphy, whose first big hit was “Glee” on the network.

While Murphy moved on to edgier cable shows, including “American Horror Story,” he agreed to develop “Scream Queens” as a “comedy-horror anthology” for broadcast.

Michele, already known for her work on Broadway before becoming a breakout TV star with “Glee,” will be wrapping up the musical series with the show's 12 final episodes that finish in March.

The show will run 15 episodes and have some DNA from classic horror shows as well as quasi-parodies like “Scream.” The center of early episodes is expected to be a series of college campus murders, Billboard reported.

It is expected to debut on Fox in fall 2015.

Walden and Newman also announced the stars of “Grease Live,” which is now expected to air in January 2016.

Julianne Hough from “Dancing With the Stars” will play the lead role of Sandy and Vanessa Hudgens will play the wisecracking Rizzo.
