Andi Dorfman has opened up after her confirmed split from beau Josh Murray. The 27-year-old TV personality took to Instagram to echo a meaningful message on how she's coping up with everything after their breakup.

On Friday, Dorfman broke her silence for the first time since she and the "Bachelorette" winner parted ways, Us Weekly reports.

"It's family and friends who pick us up when we fall down," her post read. "And if they can't pick us up, they lie down next to us and just listen and love."

The year 2015 opened at such a heartbreaking note for Dorfman, who reportedly called off her five-month engagement to Murray since the finale of her show.

Then, on Jan. 8, the couple announced via their rep that they had officially called it quits.

"After several months of being engaged and working on our relationship, we have decided that it's best for both of us to go our separate ways," they said in a statement at the time.

"We are very sad that it has come to this point, but this is what's best for both of us individually. We will continue to be good friends and have nothing but great things to say about each other and wish each other the best," they added.

On the same day, Murray took to social media to share a cryptic message of his decision. "Lord, help me to have faith in your plan," he wrote a alongside a snap of a kneeling man which has since been removed.

Post-split, Murray has been spending time with his mother in Tampa, Fla., per his Jan. 12 post on Twitter, Access Hollywood has learned.

"Off to Tampa with my mama," he wrote. "Can't wait to see my baby Sabel :) #MansBestFriend," he added, referencing his dog.

Murray is a former baseball player, who joined ABC's reality dating show and emerged the winner of the 10th season of "Bachelorette" after winning the heart of Dorfman.

He and the titular bachelorette that season got engaged last July, according to Yahoo! TV.
