Dakota Fanning, 18, graced the stage of at the GLAAD Media awards on Saturday, March 24. The young actress was presenting the award for best images of the LGBT community in the media. The event was held at the Marriott Marquis Hotel in New York City.

Fanning looked natural in her creme and gold colored Halston gown and Manolo Blahnik shoes. She also accessorized in style with a Fred Leighton ring and a clutch by Ferragamo. Her hair was kept simple and straight. She certainly glowed in her natural beauty.

Fanning has been studying at NYU since the fall of 2011, but the actress has still been keeping up with her career outside of the classroom. Fanning has just recently wrapped filming her role in 'Effie.' And she has another film, due out in the UK on May 25, called 'Now is Good.' This film tells the story of "a girl dying of leukemia who compiles a list of things she'd like to do before passing away. Topping the list is her desire to lose her virginity."

Dakota Fanning definitely has a lot of things going on for her right now and many are excited to see her new projects!
