Angie Everhart is now a married woman. The former Sports Illustrated model tied the knot with fiance Carl Ferro in Santa Monica, Ca., on Saturday.

While Us Weekly reports that the couple exchanged their wedding vows on Nov. 5, Philly clarifies that the big sunset beach wedding took place on Dec. 6, Saturday.

Born Angela Kay Everhart, the dashing bride rocked a strapless lace dress with a tulle skirt as she walked the aisle that was decorated with white rose floral arrangements.

Everhart was joined by her bridesmaids, including 47-year-old model-actress Sandra Taylor, who was named "America's #1 Selling Poster Model" in the '90s.

Two days prior to the wedding, Everhart shared to her Twitter followers that she's quite joyful that she is to become Ferro's wife.

"My family is in town..So good to see my sister. Happy to become a Mrs. F...He is my Man," she tweeted.

It can be noted that the former Playboy model broke the news on her engagement with Ferro on Twitter back in April.

"My man @CarlFerro1 proposed to me tonight in the exact spot where we had our first kiss!" she gushed. "I'm beyond happy!" she wrote at the time.

Ferro reportedly proposed in a Redbury Hotel elevator in Hollywood.

News that the "Bordello of Blood" star filed for bankruptcy because of her medical bills after struggling with cancer surfaced in October, Daily Mail has learned.

"Angie Everhart has just been forced to file bankruptcy," her rep told the media at the time. "Her recent bout with thyroid cancer, from which she has thankfully fully recovered, caused her to incur voluminous medical expenses and prevented her from working for some time."

Fortunately, she was declared cancer-free after a successful surgery to treat her condition.

This is the second marriage for Everhart, who was previously married to actor Ashley Hamilton for only four months in 1996.

The "Love in Paris" actress was formerly engaged in three separate occasions: with actors Sylvester Stallone and Joe Pesci and millionaire businessman Jimmy Traboulis, according to Philly.

The Sports Illustrated model has a son, 5, with ex-lover Chad Stansbury. Her meal-delivery service Sunfare co-founder husband has a daughter from a previous relationship.
