Leighton Meester was recently shooting scenes in NYC for her show on CW, 'Gossip Girl.' Meester's character, Blair, is a wealthy socialite who wears all the best and has every hair in place--especially in public. However, between shots, Meester was seen in fruppy green Ugg boots and a baggy polka dot jacket.

Meester quickly made her change into the elegant elitist. She wore a pretty spring dress with tea cup rose prints on it, a bright yellow trench jacket, three strand pearls, and her hair in a soft chignon. That is definitely Blair!

Meester is on the April cover of 'Marie Claire.' During her interview she opened up about her personal life, growing up at home. "My family has a crazy history, probably the craziest I've heard of."

"I look back now and I see it in a nice light. It wasn't uncomplicated. But I played outside, I went to the beach. There were happy, fun times," she continued.

Meester also shared her take on love and marriage.

"I'm not sure I ever want to get married," she said. "The only time a relationship is good is when you really love them... I don't want to hang out with some guy I just like... You can take what is handed to you and use it as an excuse to mess up, but I've always handled what was given to me by life...I consider myself lucky. I was never lied to. And I was loved."
