Courtney Love Opens Up About Making Up With Dave Grohl

Hole singer Courtney Love has opened up about her reconciliation with Foo Fighters frontman Dave Grohl in an appearance on "Jimmy Kimmel Live," the Los Angeles Times reports.

The singer-actress shared that she and Nirvana's former drummer are starting to rekindle their friendship and are bonding over an unnamed actress' breasts. "The other night, we just started talking about this one actress' boobs," she said.

"We'd both seen them. At one point, when she was 20, they were the sexiest boobs in Hollywood," she continued. "He'd seen them; I'd seen them. And we just picked up where we left off after 20 years of suing each other. Isn't that cool?"

Answering if she would be open to collaborating with Grohl, Love said they could do a cover of the 1983 song "Islands in the Stream" performed by Kenny Rogers and Dolly Parton.

Love and Grohl's enmity started after Nirvana's frontman Kurt Cobain committed suicide in 1994. Love, who was married to Cobain, along with Grohl and bassist Krist Novoselic formed a company to oversee Nirvana's estate. The partnership fell apart in 2001.

Love filed a lawsuit to terminate Nirvana L.L.C., and Grohl and Novoselic countered it with a lawsuit seeking to have Love removed from the company.

The enmity started to dissolve when Love and Grohl shared a hug during Nirvana's induction to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in April, according to Rolling Stone.

Grohl had previously spoken about the hug that led to their reconciliation in an interview with The Hollywood Reporter in June.

"I saw Courtney walking past [earlier in the night], and I just tapped her on the shoulder," he told the publication. "We looked at each other in the eyes and that was it - we're just family. We've had a rocky road... but at the end of the day we're a big family and when we hugged each other, it was a real hug."
