Elle releases images of their new April 2012 issue featuring Jessica Simpson on the cover. She poses nude with reminiscence of Demi Moore on Vanity Fair cover in 1991.

The photo presents her elegantly in diamond earrings and a few rings. Her blonde hair lightly flows over her shoulders and chest. The spread was photographed by Carter Smith and styled by Joe Zee.

Jessica and her fiancé Eric Johnson reveal the sex of the baby in the magazine- female. They've been seeing each other since May 2010. The fashion mogul has a few names on the list either "Maple" or "Apple".

The 31 year old added a few comments about their new daughter:

"I swear, I will croak if she asks me for a pair of Nikes instead of Christian Louboutins!" said the singer, who also designs a fashion line and will appear on TV's "Fashion Star," as a mentor.

"Eric is so athletic - we're gonna have this athletic girl and I won't even be able to take her shopping," she added.

Not only about the baby coming, but Jessica is also excited about the issue, she tweets "My Elle cover comes out today!! I'm a lil nervous but I've never felt more beautiful or empowered. I hope you like it!!!"

Expect the Elle issue to hit the new stands March 20.
