"The Challenge" star Diem Brown has appealed to her fans to pray for her as her battle with colon cancer worsens, MTV reports.

The MTV reality star took to Twitter to give an update about her condition and consequently ask for moral support, saying: "I need prayers and advice my doctors are seemingly up but I won't & can't rollover. Whatever option I have to LIVE I'm grabbing!"

This is Brown's third bout with cancer. She was first diagnosed with ovarian cancer in 2006 but was able to battle it. The cancer relapsed after six years but she was able to overcome it again.

Doctors found out about the cancer in her colon in August, when she was rushed to the hospital after collapsing on the set of a new reality show, says People.  They discovered a tumor blocking her colon and learned it was malignant.

In October, Brown learned that the cancer has spread to her lymph nodes and liver. She said the news was a "shocker" to her.

"I was blown away. It really crushed a little bit of my spirit," Brown said. "I go into trauma mode. My mind goes, like, cyborg. I don't want to get emotional, and I ask a whole bunch of questions - as many as I can."

Meanwhile, the reality star remains hopeful about her condition and told Us Weekly in an interview last week that she is determined to win against cancer. "I'll beat cancer again. I'm a warrior," she said.

Brown is undergoing chemotherapy and had previously tried medical marijuana to ease the pain she has been suffering from. She is set to undergo the next cycle of her chemotherapy on November 18.

In the meantime, Brown remains hopeful about having a family of her own, saying: "I'm not letting this dumb disease take that dream from me. Ever."
