It is safe to say that the younger brother of the Disney trio, Jonas Brothers, is now all grown up. Nick Jonas--or Nick J, as fans knew him whenever the singer felt the need to rap his song "Nick J is Off The Chain"-- is now on Broadway, on to bigger and better things.

Jonas recently assumed the role of J. Pierrepont Finch in the musical: "How To Succeed In Broadway Without Really Trying." The role was originally played by "Harry Potter" alum, Daniel Radcliffe, then "Glee" star, Darren Criss, and now the weighted role has fallen on the lap of the old teen heartthrob.

The box office has declined since the departure of Radcliffe as the lead, but Jonas feels a different sort of pressure in his performance. "The pressure comes in knowing how big a role this is, how big an opportunity this is, knowing that it's the kind of role that you need to take ownership of and really command," he says. "That's where the pressure comes from, I'd say, not so much from previous Finches or productions or anything like that. It's the kind of pressure that pushes you to be better, which I think is always the good kind of pressure."

Jonas is no amateur to the big stage as he has performed in "Beauty and the Beast" and "Annie Get Your Gun," since before becoming a famous singer. Just last year, he performed as Link Larkin in the limited run of "Hairspray."

Fans are excited as ever to see Jonas on Broadway. In fact, a No Meet and Great policy has been initiated because Jonas literally stops traffic in the street. "I would love to say hello to them, but they've advised me for traffic purposes and other reasons that it's best not to go out," Jonas says.

"I have never met anyone who has gobs of fans like Nick does," says Michael Urie, co-star on the show. "He is so incredibly aware of them, respectful of them and gracious with them. He always stops to talk with them and take photos."

If any fans are wondering about the fate of the Jonas Brothers, rest assured, they're not dead! "We really want to take our time with it and create a great record for our fans. It will be our first record where we're all men now," he said. "It will be exciting to go on that journey and see what kind of music we create."

Jonas hopes to meet with his brothers in the next few days to begin writing a new album.
