Throwback Thursday: Classic Beauty, Angelica Huston

In honor of Halloween being tomorrow and all, we honor classic beauty Angelica Huston as our Throwback Thursday.

This California girl was born with the acting bug. Huston's father and grandfather were actors and her mom was a model and ballerina. With an itch for the stage naturally in her genes, this starlet has been in many notable films, including great Halloween flicks like The Addams Family, Addams Family Values, and The Witches.

If you need a last minute Halloween costume, you can't go wrong channeling Huston's iconic character from the early nineties as Morticia Addams. She's a super sexy temptress with a mysterious allure. But despite the uber talented performance the actress put on, it wasn't easy to pull off on screen!

''Morticia has a shape only a cartoonist can draw,'' explained Addams Family director Barry Sonnenfeld. ''So we lashed Anjelica into a metal corset that created this hips-and-waist thing I've never seen any woman have in reality.''

Talk about beauty is pain! And there's more where that came from!

To portray the dark glam style that is Morticia Addams, behind the scenes Huston also got daily gauze eye lifts, neck tucks, and fake nails.

''Come afternoon, I could be prone to a really good headache from my various bondages,'' the actress explained in an interview. ''And because I couldn't lie down (in the corset) or rest, it was fairly exhausting.''

Poor Anjelica! But hey, if you're really trying to nail this look, a corset or body shaper underneath your skin tight LBD wouldn't be a bad idea. Just make sure its comfortable!

Add an affordable black synthetic wig, the wickedest contouring over pale white face paint, a luscious red lip, along with a set of crimson nails, and you're ready to snap your fingers along with the rest of the Addams clan.
