Ashley Greene's former building manager, Adrian Mayorga, said in a sworn deposition revealed on Sunday that one of the men who had helped clean up Ashley Greene's unit told Mayorga that he had found a glass crack pipe in the apartment, TMZ reported.
Mayorga is suing Greene after he claimed he "suffered permanent respiratory damage" from the fire. Several other tenants in the building are also suing the actress for damages.
As stated in Mayorga's deposition, Greene and her guests looked "disoriented" and that they looked like were "drunk or under the influence of something."
The fire broke out after an unattended candle set a living room couch on fire. Greene was allegedly wtih her boyfriend at that time, actor Ryan Phillippe, along, along with her brother, according to Yahoo.
"The only people I saw getting treated was Ashley Greene, her brother Joe Green, and her - the current boyfriend, Ryan Phillippe," Mayorga said.
Phillippe submitted a sworn declaration to Greene's lawyer in the previous week that said that he was not at the apartment during the blaze, nor he had ever set foot in her building.
The fire spread during the early in the morning of March 22 while the three were sleeping. The incident claimed one of Greene's dogs, but the actress, her brother and her boyfriend escaped with only minor injuries.
An unnamed source, reportedly a close friend of Greene, told Us Weekly that there was no crack pipe found in Greene's apartment.
"It's all hearsay from unnamed sources - Mayorga's claiming he heard from a friend of an unidentified worker who may have entered the apartment," the source said. "Additionally, Phillippe went on the record saying he wasn't there."
The apartment was sold in July for $1.1 million following renovations costing $303,000. The building's HOA insurance covered a complete remodel of the apartment, according to Daily Mail.
