Chris Brown, with his lawyer Mark Geragos, showed up in a Los Angeles court Thursday, received a good review and was given four days a week in community service from Judge James Brandlin in probation after he assaulted Rihanna in 2009, Ace Showbiz reported.
Judge Brandlin told the singer that he had been doing well with the probation in connection to his assault case.
The judge also told Brown to continue his community service four days a week instead of three, so he could finish it by January 2015.
Brown violated his probation last year when he got into an argument with a man outside the W hotel in Washington D.C.
After the argument that put him in jail for almost three months, Brown was interviewed by Mario Lopez in Extra, where he gushed about the biggest learning he got from this experience.
"For me I just learned that nobody's invincible, everybody's equal, at the same time no amount of celebrity status, no amount of how many fans love you," Brown said.
He also said that no amount of anything can deter anyone away from the truth if anybody makes a mistake and nobody's excusable. He thinks that his experience was a humbling enough for him to become a man and mature, reported Extra.
Brown will join the all-star lineup at the Power 106 Cali Christmas concert at The Forum in Inglewood on Dec. 5, Daily Mail has learned.
Meanwhile, the singer posted on his Twitter page on Oct. 13 his conspiracy theory about the recent Ebola outbreak. He thinks that the disease is a form of population control, and after three minutes of posting his opinion, he made another post, saying that he will now shut up.
The singer and rapper is scheduled to show up again in Los Angeles court for his progress report in January 2015.
