Creative Director of ELLE, Joe Zee is a front-row man in the worldwide Fashion Week circuit. He branched out from print to incorporate digital media in addition to running his own reality show- All On The Line. (where does he find the time?) Glam caught an interview with Joe at the American Express Skybox Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week to see how he manages his fashion week schedule and get his thoughts on a possible career change if he had to choose.

How have you been holding up during Fashion Week?

I don't know. Just getting enough rest, I guess. Skipping the after parties, going home, and getting home on time - it lets me have a clearer head to see clothes.

How many shows have you gone to so far?

So far not too many - I have a photo shoot on Saturday. I don't know, maybe a good twenty or thirty. You know, I see hundreds every season, like a thousand, so for this is nothing.

What's in your Fashion Week survival kit?

Protein shakes, always. Protein shakes from Juice Generation - I drag everybody with me to stop and drink protein shakes with me.

What's the chicest place in New York?

You can't beat Lincoln Center!

If you weren't involved in fashion, what would be your career choice?

Well lately I think I want to be a chef. But I'd probably end up a caterer.
