It is the Day of Love and couples everywhere are scrambling to make last minute plans and gifts for their significant other. For those of us without a Valentine's this year, we may just be curious about what power couple--Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber have planned for such a day.

While the pair were notably missing from the Grammy red carpet, they were spotted way across the country in New York City. Gomez and Bieber shared a warm night out in dinner at Chanpen Thai Cuisine. "They were really nice... and they were very pleasant to the staff," a source as the restaurant revealed.

It is great to hear that the young couple is not demanding and diva-like. Even throughout their mega-popularity--individually and as a couple--Gomez and Bieber were down to earth.

Though it has not been confirmed, it seems safe to assume that this ring Gomez posted is a gift from the Biebs. Perhaps an early V-Day Gift she is sure to wear today? We look forward to any other romantic gestures Bieber will surprise his lady with. However, earlier today, Bieber suggested he would be working. "Just in the studio with one of my favorite producers of all time. Dude is a legend. Honored. #BELIEVE," he wrote on Twitter.

In fashion news, Gomez recently debuted images of her photo shoot from her "Dream Out Loud" collection at K-Mart.
