French Montana is said to have finally divorced his longtime wife Deen Kharbouch.

Montana and Kharbouch have already been living separately and dating other people for a long time, but they were never able to finalize their divorce legally because of the rapper's busy schedule until Monday, Sept. 29, according to Hollywood Life.

A source told the celebrity gossip news site that the couple's divorce was a done deal, but it was totally "amicable."

"He was in court on Monday and basically they wrapped up his divorce peacefully," added the tipster. "They had been together for a long time and they were with each other when neither had money, they had so much in common. They settled peacefully in court in New Jersey ... it's all wrapped up."

Hollywood Life's source also revealed that the settlement was more than $2 million.

"He will have to pay her a large chunk of his fortune but come on they had a son together while married too," explained the tipster.

On Tuesday, the founder and CEO of Cocaine City Records shared a photo on social media of himself inside the court house, Daily Mail noted.

During an appearance on MTV show's "RapFix Live" in 2012, Montana said that his divorce from Kharbouch "happens to the best," according to MTV News.

"As long as I take care of my family, make sure my son is good. I feel like that's a weight off my shoulder, you know, I could sleep good," Khloe Kardashian's ex told "RapFix" host Sway Calloway about his split from Kharbouch. "It's just kinda like you're moving and you're not the same person, 'cause you're so busy doing what you're doing. You get conflicts."

In the same year, Montana admitted to Boombox that his popularity caused the rift in their relationship.

"You around so many beautiful women, that's a conflict too," he explained at the time. "It's just about finding somebody that understand the game, what you're into. But then on the flip side of the coin, you gotta understand their game, what they into ... There's a flip side to everything."

"You can't expect to make all this money and not go through problems. You can't expect God to give you everything you want without taking something away," he added.
