Jake McDorman and Analeigh Tipton, the lead stars in the upcoming ABC romantic comedy series "Manhattan Love Story," are dating off camera, Us Weekly confirmed.

McDorman and Tipton, who are currently filming the Jeff Lowell-created freshman show, were first photographed sharing a kiss while seated in the stands as they watched a US Open game at the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center in New York on Aug. 25.

In "Manhattan Love Story," McDorman and Tipton play Peter and Dana, respectively, who have just begun dating each other. The show will bring viewers to Peter and Dana's inner thoughts in an attempt to "establish that men and women think about things differently," said Lowell during a press conference in July, according to Daily Mail.

"It sounds corny, but I'm actually having my own little 'Manhattan Love Story,'" Tipton, 25, told People earlier this month without revealing that she was actually dating her co-star. "I'm relating to so many more things in the script because I'm kind of that girl right now."

Back in December 2013, Tipton, best known for placing third on the 11th cycle of "America's Next Top Model" in 2008, announced that she got engaged to her boyfriend Aaron McManus after six years of dating.

However, "She did not break off her engagement for [Jake]," a source clarified to Us Weekly.

Tipton, who is also known for her roles in the hit 2011 rom-com film "Crazy, Stupid, Love" and in the 2013 rom-com zombie flick "Warm Bodies," has lately been posting photos of McDorman on her Instagram account.

Aside from Tipton and McDorman, who is best known for his role as Evan Chambers in the ABC Family teen drama series "Greek," Nicolas Wright, Jade Catta-Preta, Chloe Wepper and Kurt Fuller are also starring in "Manhattan Love Story," which premieres Tuesday, Sept. 30 at 8:30 p.m. EST on ABC.
