Rihanna debuted her new bleach blonde locks via Twitter on Feb. 2. "#Back2Work 1st Cover of the year!!!! #ELLE" she posted along with a photo of her shaggy do'.

Rihanna was later seen with her new hair--a combination of bleach and weave--at basketball game at LA's Staple's Center. The singer was recently sporting brown locks, and then fiery red before that. How do fans feel about her chameleon image?

"Rihanna's blonde!! Love her new hair color," one fan wrote.

"I'm kinda feelin this new look on RiRi," another fan added.

"Rihanna's new hair.. Just doesn't look right at all."

Fans are definitely torn on this one. Many anticipate the Elle spread that will feature Rihanna's do' styled and glamored.

Another hit or miss in Hollywood is WIllow Smith's sudden baldness. The 11-year old singer posted images on Whosay page.

Ever since the debut of her hit "Whip My Hair," Smith has been sporting shorter and shorter hair. Finally, it is all gone and many mourn the fact that she can no longer swing her hair back and forth...

Katy Perry debuted her locks the old fashion way... She walked out of her house, no TwitPics involved. However, Perry's changing hair color is no longer news. The "I Kissed A Girl" singer has bounced from blonde to black to pink to red and now on to blue. MTV sat down with Perry's colorist, RIta Hazan and asked about this particular shade.

"Of course, being Katy, she is a lot more edgy and she's cooler and she likes to take a lot of risks. And I love that she's like, 'I'm feeling a little blue, let's go blue' - not in her energy, just in her hair color," Hazan said.
"I felt like it's the perfect color for her because her eyes are blue and she has the perfect skin tone to be a really vibrant, really cool, intense blue," she continued.

It is no surprise that many are linking this new hair color to the recent news of Perry's divorce to husband, Russell Brand. Regardless of the reason, Kimberley Pierce, a colorist in NYC was happy to oblige Perry in a color that suits her.

"I kind of like that she got away from the pink because I feel like we've seen that so much," Pierce said.

"With the blue, it's more vibrant and definitely she's on her own with it. She's kind of all the way in with the blue. She's kind of this candy-coated sort of person. So I guess blue would be the natural transition, or purple. It's nice to see her experiment with different things."

Of course, Katy doesn't stop there. She dawned long, purple locks in a GHD ad and it is Twitter approved!
