Just last week, Dianna Agron took to Twitter and revealed that she was recording new tracks for the upcoming sixth and final season of "Glee." And on Wednesday, Sept. 10, it has been confirmed by E! News that aside from the blonde beauty, Mark Salling, Jenna Ushkowitz and Jayma Mays are also appearing as guest stars in the final 13-episode run of the Fox musical series.

Agron, 28, was last seen as Quinn Fabray in the two-part 100th episode of the show, where her character was shown rekindling her high school romance with Mark Salling's Puck.

Agron and Salling, 32, will likely appear in an early episode of Season 6, since new Twitter photos posted by the onscreen couple show that they are already on set, filming some scenes.

"Back in the trailer, back in her dresses....," tweeted Agron Tuesday, Sept. 9, along with a photo of her.

Salling also took to Twitter and posted a snapshot of him and Agron in full costume as their characters. "Reunited with my little ook. @diannaagron #season6 #quick #sceneshredding," he captioned the photo.

Ushkowitz's Tina, on the other hand, was last seen visiting Rachel (Lea Michele) and the gang in New York after starting her classes at Brown University, TV.com reported.

The 28-year-old Broadway star begins shooting within the next two weeks, according to E! News.

Mays, who now stars on CBS' sitcom "The Millers," last appeared as Emma in a March episode. Last season, her character and Mr. Schue (Matthew Morrison) was revealed to have had welcomed a baby boy they named after Finn (Cory Monteith).

In an interview with Chelsea Handler last month, Mays, 35, thought that her character's last appearance on the show would be the end of her storyline.

"It is probably [the end] for me, for my character," she said at the time, according to Bustle.

"They could kill her off," Mays added. "I'm not really sure. She has obsessive compulsive disorder on the show, so she could sanitize herself to death!"

"Glee" Season 6 is expected to air on Fox next year.
