Alyssa Milano is now a proud mama of two!

The 41-year-old "Mistresses" star has given birth to her second child with husband David Bugliari Thursday, Sept. 4, her rep told Huffington Post. The couple welcomed baby girl Elizabella Dylan Bugliari, who weighed in at 7 pounds, 7 ounces, and measures 19.5 inches long. Baby Elizabella joins her big brother Milo Thomas, who turned 3 years old who celebrated his 3rd birthday last month.

"Mommy and baby are doing wonderfully," the rep said.

The news that Milano and his CAA agent husband, 33, were expecting their second child was first broke by Us Weekly in March. "Alyssa is so excited to be pregnant again!" a source told the celebrity mag at the time. "She just recently started showing and has wanted to expand her family with David for a while."

Two months later, the former "Charmed" star confirmed her pregnancy and revealed the gender of her then forthcoming baby in a video posted on her website.

In the clip taken in her "Mistresses" dressing room, the actress said, "I am expecting a little sweet baby girl. David, Milo and I could not be happier. Truly, we could not be happier. So exciting!"

Milano's second pregnancy started off rough as she continued to work on her ABC drama.

"I feel good, but I'm tired, and I don't know if that's the pregnancy or because I've been working so much," she told Fit Pregnancy.

Getting sick, however, convinced her that she was expecting a baby girl. "I had morning sickness this time, but it went away right at 12 weeks," she said in the same interview. "With Milo, I didn't have a minute of morning sickness. So I knew it was going to be a girl."

The "Who's the Boss?" alum added that she has no regrets having kids even she's already in her 40s.

"I loved waiting a long time to be a mom. I'd had my ladies' lunches and my shopping days," she told the mag. "When Milo finally came, I thought - this is what I've waited for my entire life. I wish I could sleep more, but it's not like I wish there were other things I could be doing socially or for my own benefit. Because I really feel like he's completed me."
