Music icon Neil Young is working on a new, orchestral album slated for release in November, according to The Guardian.

Rumored to be titled "Storytone," the album will be his second release for the year, the first one being "A Letter Home", an all-covers album that came out in April via the Third Man Records label of ex-White Stripes front man Jack White.

Talk of the new album seems to have been inspired by clues fans gathered online.

Fans on the site foreverneilyoung.tumblr.com noted that German-born composer and producer Chris Walden had included "upcoming Neil Young album 'Storytone' (out Nov 4)" in his "recent projects" on his official website.

Gina Zimmitti, a music contractor, also recently posted photos of Young and Walden working together in the studio.

"First day recording Chris Walden's fantastic arrangements for Neil Young," Zimmitti said in her post. "We don't feel cheesy calling this one a 'precious moment.'"

Uploading the photo on her Facebook account, she referred to "awesomely loud big band arrangements," and posted another photo, which shows Young's converted 1959 LincCVolt car.

There was also a photo of Young and Walden working with producer Niko Bolas, who has extensively worked with Young in the past. He produced songs such as "Fork in the Road," "Living with War," "Rockin' in the Free World," and "This Note's for You".

Meanwhile, Walden is known for his big band and orchestral arrangements and has worked with Andrea Bocelli and Amy Winehouse's father Mitch Winehouse.

It has been assumed that the album's title, "Storytone," refers to the RCA Storytone, which is considered to be the world's first electrical piano and introduced in 1939.

Young spoke at least twice this year about his intention to record an orchestral album using a single microphone.

"To me, that's a challenge and it's a sound that's unbelievable, and you can't get any other way," Young said.
