Female cast members of the famous television series "Friends" reunited on "Jimmy Kimmel Live!" on Wednesday.
Jennifer Aniston, Lisa Kudrow and Courteney Cox were all present on Wednesday night for a TV sketch with Kimmel himself, according to Daily Record.
The cast's appearance on the show fueled rumors of a possible bigger reunion or comeback that up to date still has no confirmation yet.
In the past, multiple source claimed that Aniston wasn't really that interested in reprising her role as Rachel on the hit television series.
Still, she gave in to Kimmel's request to join him for a short sketch.
"I love the show so much I wrote some fan fiction. I wrote myself into it as Ross. I was wondering if you would do a scene from it?" Kimmel asked Aniston who immediately agreed to take on the challenge.
However, the actress refused to wear her infamous wig as Rachel and told Kimmel, "I have boundaries, Jimmy."
Aniston also noted that Kimmel's sketch is highly focused on his role as Ross. The latter explained, "Is it dumber than living in a huge apartment in New York City for eight years, even though you work at a coffee shop?"
At this point, Cox entered into the scene that led Aniston to say, "Now, you've dragged Court into this? That's not Court, that's Monica," News Day reported.
After their brief moment on the "Jimmy Kimmel Live!" stage, actress Lisa Kudrow entered the stage and read her lines, specifically including the lyrics of the series' theme song, "I'll Be There For You," Business Standard noted.
Unfortunately, the male cast members of "Friends" were not there to join in the fun, which officially ended in 2004, after the series concluded its last season.
"Friends" is celebrating its 20th anniversary next month and an actual reunion just might really be a great idea.
