Looks like Ansel Elgort has found the real fault in the stars when he ended his romance with longtime sweetheart Violetta Komyshan this week.

The 20-year-old "Fault In Our Stars" and "Insurgent" actor was said to be the one who broke up from Komyshan after realizing that it was getting very difficult for him to maintain his commitment to her, Us Weekly has learned.

An insider close to the young couple dished that the hectic schedule of the rising Hollywood celeb has caused a strain on their long-term romance.

"They tried to navigate his commitments, but between filming and press for the movies [it got difficult]," the insider said, noting that the breakup between the two was totally amicable.

It can be noted that Elgort was the one who announced his serious "young love" for Komyshan when they stepped out in public just last June while they were in Paris at the Valentino show for Paris Menswear Fashion Week, according to Just Jared.

Komyshan is said to be longtime girlfriend of the adorable heartthrob, and the two reportedly started their romance back in when they were still attending New York's LaGuardia High School.

Meanwhile, Elgort attended the wedding of his sister, Sophie, last Saturday at St. Andrew's Dune Church in Southampton, New York.

On source said that the rising star really enjoyed the party following the ceremony despite going there solo.

"Ansel spent the night solo, dancing up a storm with friends and family," the source said, reported ContactMusic.com.

Apart from dancing, Elgort also sang his heart out when he serenaded the crowd at the reception, noted Page Six.

Interestingly, the film actor, who accepted the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge early this month, recently gushed about the female attention he's been receiving since the release of "Divergent."

"It's so weird! I get recognized every day. When girls scream my name and start crying, I blush like crazy. But I know they're doing it because of the book, and not really because of me," he said.
