Over the past couple of weeks, hundreds of Hollywood celebrities have taken on ALS' ice bucket challenge.

In an attempt to raise awareness of the disease every celebrity nominated is given the opportunity to not only nominate other people but to also donate funds to help fund treatment for Lou Gehrig's disease.

Through it all, one Lou Gehrig's sufferer, Anthony Carbajal, posted what could be the funniest yet most touching ice bucket challenge video to date.

In the video which Carbajal posted on YouTube, the sufferer, who got the disease from his grandmother and mother, dished on what it's really like living with the said condition, according to the Huffington Post.

Carbajal was also featured taking care of her mother who was already bedridden because of the disease.

At one point, Carbajal, a photographer breaks into tears and chances are, you will too!
