We can't help but stare at a shirtless Zac Efron who bravely decided to jump off a cliff.

According to E! News, the "Neighbors" star was joined by Bear Grylls when the two scaled down a massive terrain in New York's Catskill Mountains on the television show, "Running Wild with Bear Grylls."

In the clip the two took off their shirts as the prepared to conquer the mountain. Michelle Rodriguez's rumored boyfriend showed off his chiseled abs and toned arms as he stood next to the show's host at the top of a high cliff.

The pair put their shirts in their backpacks and tossed them into the water below as motivation to make it all the way down the mountain.

Before descending on the steep climb Zac Efron seemed pretty nervous as he didn't expect the mountain to be that high.

During his time hanging out with Grylls, the 26-year-old was also convinced to go skydiving and the moment he jumped out of the plane was on camera.

Bear Grylls told People, "We reached out to him and he kindly said he was a fan of the show and that he was in 120 percent," adding, "He asked for the biggest, baddest adventure and it was an honor to oblige."
