Reality show "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" is currently enjoying high ratings, BREATHECast has learned.

Some revelations shown in recent "KUWTK" episodes include Rob's weight issue and Khloe's past relationship with Lamar Odom.

Following rumors about Rob having a secret lovechild and drug problem, his family reportedly has been teasing him for being overweight, Classicalite has learned.

Because of this, Rob started to withdraw further from his family and even skipped family gatherings, such as his sister Kim's wedding with Kanye West.

Also, Khloe confirmed her former husband cheated on her and has been sleeping with someone else when they were still married. After four years of marriage, she filed for divorce from Odom.

"Do you know those interviews he's doing? Saying that being married to me were the best years of his life and that now he is wearing his ring," Khloe told her sister Kourtney. "I kept in hiding every time there was something going on. I would have to lie, or conceal, or cover up, and I'm so over it."

Khloe added she has often lied to her family about Odom's behavior.

Meanwhile, Kourtney and Kris Jenner both took to Twitter on July 18, Friday, to show support for the families of the victims of the recent Malaysia Airlines tragedy.

"Praying for the families and friends of the 295 people who passed in the Malaysia Airlines plane crash. May god grant them peace to grieve," Kourtney wrote.

"Please pray for the families of the passengers of Malaysian Airlines #MH17. May the 295 lives lost rest in peace..." Jenner tweeted with an Instagram photo with the words "PRAYFORMH17."

Also, the Kardashians and Jenner sisters were nominated as Choice TV Reality Personality- Female in Teens Choice Award, which will be held on Aug. 10, Hollywood Life has learned.

The "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" ladies will compete against Cat Deeley of "So You Think You Can Dance," Abby Lee Miller of "Dance Moms," Jennifer Lopez of "American Idol XIII" and Shakira of "The Voice."
