While the world waits for the heir to the throne, Prince George to celebrate his first birthday, a friend close to his mother, Catherine Duchess of Cambridge revealed that the fashionable royal is pregnant with her second child with husband Prince William.

According to RadarOnline, Kate Middleton's longtime friend, Jessica Hay, confirmed to New Day that the brunette beauty is pregnant again and the royal couple will make the official announcement in the next few months.

Hay's confirmation has rumor mills buzzing seeing as she famously confirmed Middleton's first pregnancy in November 2012 just weeks before the royal confirmation was revealed to the world.

Hay told the Australian publication, "Kate's inner circle are buzzing with the news that she is pregnant," adding, "I've heard it from several different friends of theirs now and they're saying that they think there's going to be an official announcement in weeks."

Jessica Hay revealed that the Duchess is becoming more and more noticeably pregnant, especially with her weight gain.

She explained, "Kate's face is fuller like it was when she was first expecting George and she's been changing her hair, which could be to disguise the fullness."

She added, "She has rosy cheeks, she's letting her greys show again, and whenever she's out in public she goes to great lengths to hold something over her tummy..."

Will and Kate are hoping to keep her baby bump a secret until she is at least three months pregnant unlike her first pregnancy, when she came down with severe morning sickness, and was forced to reveal that she was indeed carrying her first child.

Hay confessed that "With George, they were forced to tell the world very early on that Kate was pregnant because she was rushed to the hospital with that awful hyperemesis gravidarum at around six or seven weeks."

Also some may have noticed that they typically busy royal's schedule has slowed in recent weeks, which can mean that Kate Middleton could be taking it easy in order to focus on having a healthy pregnancy.

However, Prince George's first birthday is coming up so we will most likely see the Duchess of Cambridge out and about doing some major party planning.
