Over the years, we've heard horror stories about Katherine Heigl on set. She was asked over the weekend to address claims that she is difficult to work with, and the "Knocked Up" star's response might shock you. Find out what she had to say!

"I certainly don't see myself as being difficult. I would never intend to be difficult," Heigl explained. "I don't think my mother sees herself as being difficult. I think it's important to everybody to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully and kindly. If I've ever disappointed somebody, it was never intentional."

The "27 Dresses" actress heads back to the small screen in "State of Affairs," a concept she pitched with her mother, Nancy Heigl. Katherine took a career hiatus after "Grey's Anatomy" to spend time with her children. She gushed about being a mother to E! News.

I didn't think I was going to be one of those moms who think that their kids are the GREATEST," the blonde starlet said. "You listen to your friends, and your parents' friends, and you think, 'Oh my god, do none of you realize that you all think your kid is the best?!' And then I had kids and I was like, alright, my kids truly are the best kids."

Heigl recently told Marie Claire about her career's "downward spiral," and how she almost left Hollywood for good.

"Oh yeah, I had a moment where, I don't know, I was thinking I'd maybe open a knitting store, get my money out of retirement accounts and live off that, live off the land," Heigl said. "I had my moment where it all seemed so complicated and all I wanted to do was simplify."
