Lindsay Lohan’s Mother Dina Lohan Slammed By Judge In DUI Case, Gets 100 Hours Of Community Service

Dina Lohan was sentenced on Long Island today to 100 hours of community service, following a DUI and speeding in April. Her license was revoked for a year, and once she can drive again Lohan will have an interlock device on the vehicle's dashboard, which she will lose for a year.

The mother of child star Lindsay Lohan was going 77 mph down the Northern State Parkway, a 55 mph zone. When pulled over police found her BAC was double the legal limit. Lohan pleaded guilty and received 3 points, as she said she was fleeing paparazzi.

Judge Engel was not in the mood for the famous family's antics, and ripped her apart in court.

"The only person responsible for this ordeal is Miss Lohan. She is just lucky nobody was killed. She may not be as lucky next time."

She replied, "There will not be a next time."

Criminal drama seems to run in the family, as ex Michael Lohan faces arrest if he does not pay child support. He was said to split costs of son Cody's private school, which is $10,000 per year, but allegedly owes $20,000.

Court documents suggest Michael actually owes $3,800. The pair separated when Lindsay was younger but eventually reconciled. They also have a daughter, Aliana, an aspiring model in New York City.

He insists he pays support for his kids and has moved on with former journalist Kate Major. The pair have 16-month-old son Landon together, though she was sentenced to eight months in prison for DUI and violating probation.

As for Lilo? Well, according to Instagram the troubled star has been working on her beach bod, but she also made headlines for no-showing to an AIDS Charity Event.

Responsible.
