Download the app and skip the need to book appointments or twiddle your thumbs in the waiting room. Sign up and a board certified dermatologist reviews your skin and customizes a skin care regimen just for you online.
"PocketDerm patients begin by signing up and uploading photos. The doctor then customizes a prescription acne treatment, which we formulate in our office and ship directly to the patient's door," Dr. Satur explained.
Acne treatments with PocketDerm typically include a single nighttime cream with multiple prescription ingredients. Should your doctor recommend you go to see a professional in person, you won't be charged.
The app is currently available in 36 states and cost $29.95 for consultations, messaging, and shipments.
