'Glee' Demi Lovato 'Neon Lights' Tour: 'Made in the U.S.A' Singer Announces New Concerts, Hangs with On- and Off-Again Boyfriend Wilmer Valderrama

"Gleeguest star Demi Lovato just announced her new "Neon Lights" Tour concert dates. The "Made in the U.S.A." singer also hung out with on- and off-again boyfriend, Wilmer Valderrama recently.

According to MTV News, Lovato, 21, will be hitting the road again staring February 2014 in Vancouver.

The "X Factor" judge is looking forward to traveling and performing across the U.S. and Canada.

"I think it's going to be so much fun," Lovato told Ryan Seacrest on his radio show on Monday. "There's nothing better than woman empowerment and having an all-girl tour. What's ironic is that we are all from 'X Factor,' and that wasn't even planned - it just kind of happened that way. I helped put Fifth Harmony together and watching them now, they're going to be opening for me, it's so awesome."

Lovato and her opening acts, Fifth Harmony and Little Mix including member Perrie Edwards, will hit cities like Altanta, Tampa, Charlotte and Toronto after kicking off the tour in Vancouver on Feb. 9. They will wrap up in Indianapolis on March 30.

The name of the tour is also the title of the singer's next single, "Neon Lights" and fans can find out all the dates by visiting her Facebook page, MTV reported.

While Lovato waits for her tour to begin, the performer is busy enjoying her life. Lovato recently went shopping with Taylor Swift at Barneys of New York in Beverly Hills on Sunday, but returned to the story with Valderrama a few hours later.

According to the Daily Mail, the under the radar pair were cautious about being photographed together. But despite their best efforts, the twosome were spotted leaving in the same SUV together.
