Montblanc First Pop-Up Store in United States to Open

Montblanc German Luxury writing pens and accessories company opening its first Pop-up store in the United States, in Washington D.C. The brand is expanding its famous 'White Star' logo.  

The German brand will open its first U.S. pop-up shop during the Presidential Inauguration in Washington, January 18 to 22 according to WWD.

The luxury brand will partner  with Thornwillow Press and  St. Regis Hotel, creating an in-lobby boutique for the brands: cuff links, watches, leather goods and writing instruments.

Montblac will offer colorful bound book of Obama's first inaugural address in Celebration of Presidents second term in office.  The boutique will feature Montblanc 'America's Signature for Freedom,' collection of limited-edition presidential pens.

Montblanc is part of Richemont group with sister luxury companies Cartier and Chloé, the brands trademark white stylised six-pointed star with rounded edges. Limited Edition pieces from the brand carry distinct features and fame. 

Thornwillow Press in parternship with Montblanc will launch a limited-edition "A Presidential Miscellany," hand-printed letterpress book, available in the pop-up boutique.
