Get The Runway Look: Rodarte Rosette Braids for Fall

Looking for a pretty braid tutorial to try? Consider the Fall 2013 styles from the runways of Rodarte last year.

Dubbed the "rocker princess braids" by Daily Makeover, this look has a very cool and beautifully ornate rose detail at the center. Love! Definitely a look worth brining back for this fall!

Guest contributor Steph Brinkerhoff for Latest-Hairstyles gave us the scoop on how to get this throiwbak style with seven super simple steps:

"It's a lot easier to recreate than you think," Brinkerhoff explained.  "It's best to start on wavy or second-day hair to give the look added texture," the expert instructed.

"It also doesn't hurt to spray a little hairspray or spray wax in it beforehand to add a little grip and grunge. Here's how to get the look..."

Beginning on wavy hair, take a medium to large section (depending on how thick your hair is) close to your right ear.

Braid the section going from the front to the back. Repeat on the opposite side. Then bring both braids to the back and secure them with an elastic.

Loosen and mess up both braids by pulling on them gently with your fingers. Take one braid and wrap it up and around itself, creating a small braided bun.

Secure with bobby pins and you're done! Don't you just love this look?
