New reports are claiming that "Glee" season 5 cast member Lea Michele is worried that history is going to repeat itself with Zac Efron following the tragic drug related death of her boyfriend Cory Monteith.

Following the July 2013 tragedy of her Fox costar, Life & Style reported that the songstress has reportedly been reaching out to the "Neighbors" actor and urging him to seek help for his problem.

According to Hollywood Life, the 27-year-old who lost her boyfriend to a lethal combination of heroin and alcohol, is reportedly attempting to give the "That Awkward Moment" star some advice that she feels could potentially save his life.

The "Louder" artist is said to have took action after she heard about the troubled actor allegedly hunting for drugs in the Skid Row area of Los Angeles.

Apparently Michele has been a huge support system for the 26-year-old ever since her boyfriend who was also a pal of Efron's passed away.

A source revealed, "After he died, Lea became a sober support for Zac. She'd even invite him on hikes through Runyon Canyon. But lately, Zac's been standing her up."

The insider continued, "She's deeply worried that Zac is teetering on the brink of tragedy."

The source added, "Lea wants Zac to get into a hard-core rehab program and publicly come clean about relapsing."

Despite the claims a source told Entertainment Wise, "She has never spoken to Zac so reports are false."
