Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge and her husband Prince William are known for being a fairly moderate couple when it comes to royal traditions. However, new reports are alleging that along with her killer sense of style, she is now becoming a threat to the ways of the monarchy.

According to Entertainment Wise, from the royal wedding back in 2011 to her choice of raising her son baby Prince George, Kate Middleton has put senior royal officials on high alert as they are growing concerned with her modern lifestyle.

Apparently she isn't the only one stirring the pot as news claims Prince Harry's girlfriend Cressida Bonas is becoming an issue as the royals fear the ladies may join together and become a real force for change in the family traditions.

According to Look magazine, a source revealed, "There is a fear that everything is changing so fast.

"Many of the more senior officials at the palace don't like the modernization of the royals, and with Kate and Cressida becoming more influential, there's obviously a worry that even more changes are afoot."

It was reported that initially the women did not like each other but are now getting pretty close as Bonas' relationship with Prince Harry is becoming more serious with prospect of marriage pending.

The source revealed, "Cressida is so happy to have Kate on her side, especially now Harry's almost un-contactable."

Since the Duchess of Cambridge knows plenty about being a royal girlfriend seeing as she waited almost a decade to get married to Prince William, a source told the magazine that she is helping the young blonde cope with all of the media attention.

"Kate has made PR mistakes in the past too. I think she regrets not finding a job to settle down to before getting engaged to William - the 'Waity Katie' tag still haunts her today." The source went on to say, "So Kate can talk to Cressy about that and also point out the attention she'd get if she carried on with the dancing."

The insider explained, "Every time she put on a leotard to perform, the pictures would be splashed all over the world - and not for the right reasons."

Prince Harry and Cressida Bonas, who have been dating for 18 months are said to be taking their relationship to the next level as the socialite was invited to the Queen's private Norfolk estate, Sandringham.

"A weekend at Sandringham is almost a rite of passage for any future royal bride."
